Our experience includes serving as board members, officers and professionals of both large and small companies such as Morgan Stanley, Platinum Equity, Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse, Bank of America, King & Spaulding, Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen.
Covenant was founded by Christian Ruth who has more than 12 years of deal experience. Mr. Ruth has contributed to significant investor returns in over $20 billion worth of deal activity. Mr. Ruth has evaluated, completed diligence and negotiated hundreds of deals during the course of his career.
Mr. Ruth is a Christian, an instrument-rated pilot and a beginning piano player. He is also the founder of The Spirit of Grace a non-profit effort dedicated to flying Christian literature to rural areas of the country.
